Over ten years ago our journey in the jungles of Ecuador began. During that time it has lead us to over 50 villages that the Shuar Indians call home. We have travelled down muddy roads, steep and slippery paths and traversed dozens of rivers just to preach God's plan for salvation. Many of those same rivers have served duel purposes, first as the many artery for transportation and then as a baptismal for the thousands who have heard and made their faith public. Our goals are to preach the Good News until all have heard, show the true love of God through compassion, and make lifelong disciples of our Lord.

Just a few days ago we heard the call as the beautiful horses made the final turn at Churchill Downs during the Kentucky Derby. The "Derby" holds two significant places in our lives. First it is held only a stones throw from where Leah was raised in Louisville, KY (Hi, G-Ma!) and it is held on the first.... (5/17/2010)
